She sang professionally for 18 years and was proud to represent the City of Edmonton as Ambassador and the first local "Klondike Kate". After her singing career, she attended the University of Alberta and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Education Degree specializing in Special Education. She was a Special Education teacher in Edmonton for six years. She wanted to pursue her entrepreneurial career and in 2003 she obtained her Real Estate license and has been a full-time, full-service REALTOR® and an Accessible and Barrier Free Home Specialist. Susan is an avid volunteer in the community and is a Volunteer at the Cerebral Palsy Association, is a past member of Excel Society, a past Governor on the Board of the Edmonton REALTOR® Charitable Foundation, and serves as a church board member.
